Dropped Trackable still showing when logging a cache

I have dropped a trackable at an event, it habeen further subsequently dropped and grabbed. It is no longer in my geocaching.com inventory.

However, it still appears in my list of trackables on my phone when logging a cache. In locus on my tablet it does NOT show. I have tried logging out of geocaching.com in Locus, and have uninstalled the app and re-installed it on the phone. I have the latest versions of Locus Pro, and seem to get regular updates.
