Geocache, additional advanced import option

if geocaches are imported via .gpx or PQ they are
- not marked with a crown if they are PMO
and
- waypoints without coords are not in waypoint tab visible
so my idea, add option: run "update cache" after import, so this info´s are available.
I like this idea
