Include Laps in TCX

It would really be cool to have the possibility of laps while recording a track.
Together with that, export should handle laps, too.
For tcx, official scheme (http://www8.garmin.com/xmlschemas/TrainingCenterDatabasev2.xsd) needs each lap to include TotalTimeSeconds, DistanceMeters, Calories, Intensity and Trigger Method.
