Locus with NMEA output as a bluetooth GPS device/service?

So far, Locus has implemented the possibility to receive the NMEA sentence GPWPL over bluetooth for detection of waypoints from a remote NMEA talker.

My idea is that Locus in a GPS equipped Android device can be used as a NMEA talker as well, sending the NMEA sentences GPGLL, GPGGA and GPRMC over bluetooth to other NMEA equipment.

This will make the combination of Locus/Android even more useful as it can be put to use as a compact tactical mapping bluetooth GPS device with plotting functions.

For radio based APRS (and AIS) purposes, this would be very convenient.
