make track creation Compute Profile and Compute Instructions "sticky" settings

At present when a new track is created "route computing" is always disabled, which is equivalent to creating a track direct point-to-point:

My suggestion is to make the track Compute Profile (disabled/ car/ fast/ walk etc.) and Compute Instructions (yes|no) "sticky" settings - saved when Locus exits. I imagine a user will mostly just use a single profile/instructions and not switch too much unless off-road maybe, so this would save having each time to display the Compute Route dialog, and selecting a compute source and instructions:
