MapItems quick filtering

Hello, a quick text filtering box (behave like incremental search) in MapItems screen would be helpful. It should appear automatically along with Mapitems screen. I'm using allot of MapItems categories so navigating to desired category is tedious especially when scrollbars isn't implemented)
I like this idea
