Minimum & Maximum Speed Warner

A lot of poeple uses a mobile charger with their bike to keep the phones battery also on long distance trips alive. I.e. I use a zzing charger and like most charger these systems need a minimum cycling speed to charge a phone in a correct way, otherwise the charger will decharge the phone. My Idea is a function to set up a warning signal for reaching a minimum speed like 15 kmh and for a maximum speed i.e. 25 kmh and the ability to set up how often you get warned of you are under the minimum speed or the warning stops only of you are under 3 kmh. The advantage of this feature would be that the cycler haven`t to look every time to the actual speed if he is in a speed zone where the charger can`t load the phone. The maximum speed warner has the advantage that you can be easily careful about your condition and get warned if you are on the way to power yourself out. I would very appreciate a feature like this, cause this is a last missing feature for me to make locus absolutely perfect!
