New custom live tracking parameters

Hi,

I'm really missing a session identification in custom live tracking. The unique id should be generated when tracking starts and then this id send with each request. Session id can be sequence number.

When user is about to stop tracking, last request should be sent together with additional parameter identifying end of session.

I'm using a text field to identify a user. A parameter passing some kind of google id would helps.
