New notification for reliable track recording

Hi
For preventing situation when whole track or it's part will not be recorded i suggest to add new sound+vibro notification.
It will be appeared if track is started, but new point of track can't be added by 2 reasons:
1. GPS module was not switched on
2. Current GPS accuracy is not enough for adding new track point (according track setting)
I like this idea
