New setting for Distance circles

Hi. It would be helpfull to have a new setting for the Distance circles: "From the GPS fixed position/From the Map screen center" by analogy with the existen setting "New point default location GPS fixed position/Map screen center"Currently is impossible to measure size of map's elements without "Map scale" and swithing off the GPS (see please the screnshots)
