Quick change WMS services, and cut ther name on lists

Hey!
I often changing WMS services and quick button for this option on "quick map change panel" or top of WMS layers list would be very useful for me and others surveyors in example.
On my WMS list, services names its too long. I want change ther name on shorten, but i cant.
I like this idea
