Remove crosshairs in screenshot

Hi,
"Share screen" already removes most of the UI but it would be nice, if you could also remove the crosshairs in the middle of the screen.
Besides that, I would prefer to have it use PNG instead of JPG, as thats better suited for graphics/text and doesn't have compression artifacts.
I like this idea
