pls add Beaufort scale for wind to Setting -> Units and then Weather

Warning flags for Beaufort scale:
- 0-5 No flags
- 6-7 One red pennant
- 8-9 Two red pennants
- 10-11 One red/black square
- 12 Two red/black squares
