Unrecognized symbols

Hi.
I have been using Locus Map Pro (the latest version 3.54.3). I noticed that if the internet is turned on, marked symbols appear on the map (whether LoMaps or Openandromaps). What do they mean? If the Internet is off, the symbols are not displayed

click down left > map content > additional layers >deselect "OSM notes"
i use german language, so my translation to english is mayby not 100%
