if you have any much better, I may consider complete exchange of these. Otherwise there are no plans to make these icons customizable

Back to issue. For a colour blind people (like me) stars are indistinctive especially in the field during sunny day. Maybe you should consider to add a number value next to stars or change a colour, for example blue?
