I think tha leo want's to say, that in Locus vector maps is missing part of road like is visible on osm web http://osm.org/go/2HDECis-- right?
I have already reported this issue to my colleague who care about vector maps, and he'll write here once, there will be any news.

Thank you for report. There was really issue with clipping map. Anyway new version 2014_06_10 is placed in Locus store. I've refunded your previous purchase of Samara vector map, so please purchase/download it again.
