impossible to load vector maps on samsung tab android 2.2

I have loaded several vector maps in the past without any problem, last was in april 2014. in the last 5 days I tried several times to open the vector maps loading site, but locus pro crashes systematically every time I try.

I have an account with a large amount of credit


Can you help me, as I want to load the necessary maps formy coming holiday ?

Hello,

I'm sorry for troubles I guess that you're on Locus version 3.x.x. This version has new Locus Store for downloading of maps. What happen if you try to open new store via: Locus > Menu > Store/Download . Is there any error or only force close?

I am sorry to Anwar late but i had some problems with thé interface on the samsung tab.

When i try to connect there is an error messages saying unable to load your profile.

Please tell me how i can attach the catscan log file Thank you

Hi Nicolas,

how to create debug log with CatLog is described in article: http://support.locusmap.eu/hc/en-us/articles/200014832-How-to-create-debug-log

Please try to open Locus > Menu > Locus Store > Profile and then use CatLog for getting debug logs. You can attach file as answer here on helpDesk or you can send it as email to support.locus@asamm.com
