Map rotation works only in centered mode

Not a Problem

After update Locus Map Pro to 3.56.5 the map rotation works only in "centered mode".

I am sure before the update the map rotation works any time, also if I scrolled out of center.

Tested with offline and online Maps.

Is this a bug or a new Feature? ;)

Phone: Redmi Note 8 Pro, MIUI 12.5.4

Hi Franz,

aborting map rotation when the location is uncentered (i.e. the map is shifted) is intentional. Rotating the shifted map didn't make sense and caused problems.

Hi,

the same problem here and for me it was a helpful function that rotation works even if the map is shiftet or zoomed a little bit to see or define what's up in a certain direction.

If i have a function to rotate the map activated, it should rotate, no matter if it's shiftet or zoomed a little bit.

If i don't want that , i deactivate rotating for a while.

Interesting point is that the Map simply freezes at the last rotation direction, insted of pointing to north. Also the Rotation Function still shows it's activated, but just doesn't work anymore.

I think this is a problem.

Would be nice to have a setting for Rotating even if shiftet or zoomed maybe!?

Regards,

Timmy
