In general, Locus map Pro (3.x) is an older version that will be renamed to Locus Classic soon.
Locus map 4 is a new generation with our own LoMaps, LoRouter (that can be used offline as well) and it can be synced with our Web Planner.
Locus map Pro (classic) is available for a one-time payment, Locus Map 4 is free in general, but some functions need a subscription.
