Undo "deselect all" on tracks data

By mistake I have selected under data for all my recorded tracks at the three points upp right "deselect all". Now I can not see my recorded tracks any longer. But the tracks seem still to exist, since there is a number with several hundrad recorded tracks left. How can I make all the tracks visible again. It means how can i undo my "deselect all", which I made by mistake.

Looking forward for an answer to hopefully recover my tracks from different countries...
