Load/Save function panels

Gathering feedback

Why?

- Function panels are complex, lots of work

- A more transparent way of transferring function pamels between presets is needed

Hence I think Load/Save, as we can do it with dashboards, pays out.

It could be placed in the menu, see screenshot.

Hmm isn't then better some kind of "Create copy" method for presets? This may allow easily duplicate and modify certain preset, together with function panels etc ...

But on existing presets it may be interesting to transfer function panels only.

I see, such thing would maybe need a UI like Dashboards.

Another idea is to offer copy to clipboard / paste from.
