Tracks recorded in LOCUS often appear in a straight line.

We used internal GNSS on the same smartphone and recorded tracks on LOCUS and ORUX at the same time.

In ORUX, it is well recorded without a straight section, but in LOCUS, there are many straight sections.

Why is that?

How can I solve it?

Previously, Locus drew the track better, but this has happened recently.

It's the same phenomenon as Locus map 4 or Classics.

The red line on the screen is the LOCUS track, and the blue track is the ORUX track.

Attach two track files for recorded tracks.

Hello,

did you granted all permissions to Locus and exclude it from all means of battery optimization?

https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:faq:gps_lost_fix_android6 or https://dontkillmyapp.com/

Does it appear after some specific update (app or Android)?

Hi,

you should check the Locus internal gps & sensor settings, especially the section Disable location too.
