Problem with loading track in Locus Pro

I have locud free, it works very well. I bought locus pro, because I was very content. But locus pro doesn't work well. It crashed while loading a track and now I cannot show a track.

What shall I do?

Dein englisch lässt zumindest darauf schließem, das du nicht englisch sprichst :o)

Ist es dir möglich, ein Logfile an den Entwickler zu senden?

Was du sonst schon mal machen kannst:

- erstelle ein full-backup mit dem backupmanager

- deinstalliere Free (Im Normalfall nicht nötig - aber man weiß ja nicht was bei dir so alles schief lief)

- deinstalliere Pro !!

- suche mit einem Filemanager nach "Locus" Ordner

- benenne ihn um, zB in "Locus_alt"

- reboote dein phone !

- installiere die Pro erneut.

- kopiere die wichtige Daten (Maps) zurück in den aktuellen Locus-ordner

- lade dein backup

- berichte uns,,,

Hi Eberhard,

there is no reason why track should not work in Locus PRO. In addition to gynta's steps, could you please send us the content of folder Locus/data/database ? (ideal as *.zip package)
