I'm looking at a map of Portugal with cycle lanes indicated but the legend in no way reflects what I see. According to the legend cycle routes should be indicated as dots, here they are solid lines of various colors.

The Legend Is the one that comes up when I click "legend" on the internal map themes menu. So it is clearly linked to the map. I'm attaching what it shows as bike paths as well as what the actual map depicts: dots vs a solid purple line.
