Login to Locus web failed

I have upgraded from Locus Maps classic to Locus Maps4 gold. I have also successfully performed a synchronization. All with my existing Google account. With this data I can not log in to Locus Web: "unknown user or password wrong" What is going on?

Hello,

you have to log in with the same credentials and same method as well.

If you log into the app via Google, you have to use the same method in the web planner too.

Ja, das weiß Ich. Ich bekomme immer noch diese Fehlermeldung. Siehe Screenshot im Anhang. The same error with firefox or chrome.

they log out in the app. Then they log in again. Now they use the same information. Display the password. Maybe there is a spelling mistake.

It is unbelievable: Login with email and password fails. Login with the button "Goggle" works (of course with the same data!) But this is very inconvenient, especially when I want to log into Planner from other workstations.


Why does this not work with the fields "Email" and "Password"?

Hello,

as I wrote, you have to use the same credentials and the same method. So if you log in with google, you always have to use Google.

It is correct behavior, because, when you logged in with Google or Facebook, we don't know your password. We only get the verification from Google/Facebook that this is really you.
