small problem with dashboard

I adapted an existing dashboard. But there still remains a small problem. I don't succeed in making the alignment of the upper row in line with the other two rows. (see the attached image).
I don't find much information concerning constructing dashboards.
Is it possible to make a dashboard available to other people? Where are dashboards stored on my smartphone.
