Hello.I thought it might be useful to add under the "dynamic cursor elevation" field the possibility to enable the "dynamic cursor distance" field what do you say ?

Hello Alberto,

and this value means the distance to your current real location? If so, for this already exists Settings > Maps > Auxiliary graphics > Cursor to position line option. Give it a try if it's what you are looking for.

Hi Menion yes that's what I'm looking for and I know you have this option. However I think it is more convenient to have the data without line directly to the cursor to have the cleanest display. What do you think ?

I, personnaly, think it is better to have the line, showing from where distance is referring to.

Altitude is just for the cursor, distance is From another point.

Potentially give an option to place line information nearer to the cursor.

Distance value floating on the screen, without the proper identification of start > end point, looks weird to be true.

"Cursor to position line" gives a clear idea of where is your current location, how far + optionally any other value below/above this line.

So I think your proposal is a less useful duplication of existing functionality.

I am not convinced. Someone may be bothered by the line. As far as the indication of the distance is concerned, it is evident that it refers to the user's position. In any case, it seems to me that it can give one more option to users who can decide to activate it or not. In any case the boss if you.

Suggest to try a small simple Dashboard, where this value may be easily defined.

With this, you may freely place "Cursor to position distance" value anywhere on the screen.
