The app is now available and I was able to put it in the sidebar as well.
But when I click on it, it does not open. I then launched it from the home screen and switched to Locus. Even then Locus does not switch to the app when clicked.

Thanks guys. I'm not sure why just this app does not work and other works, but a minor change seems to helped.
