Point overview sometimes missing options button

To be honest I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature.

When I open/edit/copy a point, sometimes the menu on the lower right side is simply missing. Even when all things are identical (except point name), on one point the menu is there and on the other it is not.

It doesn't cause too much trouble as there are ways around it but I thought I'd point it out as I wasn't able to find an existing topic on it.

Also, this happens on all 3 of my phones (Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, Pixel 7 Pro, OnePlus 6).

I made some improvements few months ago with hope, this issue will be fixed. But seems not, interesting.

Are there any exact steps that simulate this issue every time? Because I've not noticed this anymore on my device, interesting. On the screenshot is visible that you display point from the Data manager. Does this happens also when clicking on the point directly on the map?

Hi Menion,

I tried to replicate the problem by selecting a point straight from the map and from there it seems to work correctly every time.

I have now also just played around with it for 30 minutes trying everything I could and what I've found is:

From the folder, when I select a point, the 3-dot menu is shown correctly. However, when I close the point and select a point again including that same point, the 3-dot menu is not shown again. This continues (I tried 20 times) until I close the folder and re-enter the folder and then select a point again where again, the 3-dot menu is displayed but only the first time I select a point and then not for any other point selection.

So if I need to use this menu I need to select the point from the map (which is not usually practical) or leave and re-enter the folder for each point.

Just to let you know, this issue is still present in current LM 4.15.2:

start LM 4
directly open data manager
select a point
notice that the 3 dot menu bottom right is missing in the point dialog
go back one level
select the same (or any other) point
notice that now the 3 dot menu bottom right is present in the point dialog

When selecting a point from the map this issue doesn't occur.

As already mentioned, it's a minor inconvenience but would nevertheless be nice to see this fixed.
