There are separate accounts for the Locus store, Helpdesk, and forum.
We want to merge them in the future, but no ETA exists yet.

I just upgraded from silver to gold in order to sync app with web but could not log in web with applogin. Later i found out i can log in web with googlelogin, which seems strange for i never used this in the app. However i m now synchronising so reasonably happy anyways
