Hello Lucas,

copy operation was in his case interrupted, right? Did he tried it again? As I see in the code, this is a little too generic error where is not clear why exactly it happens and needs extra investigation on the side of the user. Best thanks to the created log.

Hello Jiří,

yes, copying operation was interrupted because space was too low on his internal storage. I will tell him to clear temporary data, delete his offline LoMaps and try again.

Thank you,

Lucas

Low space? Hmm, I was sure I correctly compute & check available space. Thanks, I'll then double-check if all is ok in the code. Thanks Lucas!

Hello Cedric, I'm sorry to read that someone else has similar problem. Should be possible to create a bug report log by this method, right after this problem happens? Thank you!

Same problem here. Samsung Galaxy A52s

The app gets stuck right after starting the process (move or copy doesn't matter) and displays error message deN 12521

After going back to the main screen I get a message to restart the app after 5sec. I don't know if that has anything to do with the issue.

The same here. Your comment reminded me to try again. Everything happened the same way except the deN changed to dbX in the error message.

Hello to all,

sorry for a missing response here for some time. This error is really very generic and we were not yet able to find out why this rarely happens on some devices.

Currently, too many people write here, so it is complicated to help individually. Please post a separate private ticket here on the help desk with the exact steps you try to do and that resulted in the error. We will try to help as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, the best that may be done is to be sure, the original data are safe. Usually in the root of the internal memory, in the directory "Locus". It may be a good idea to make a backup on a PC.

I had the same issue. Such workaround worked for me: in Locus Classic transfer all files to other place in the phone memory. In Locus 4 import files from this new location (not Locus Classic).

Paulina's solution worked for me.
