My points show but not my track does not

With this latest version 3.3.0
When recording my track half way through my track fails to record but my points are not effected.
I NEVER SENT THIS QUESTION TO YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL.
The same problem 
David, is it needed to send same problem here as well as on our email (or FaceBook)?
