Hi. Is it possible to export the route created in Locus map on Windows from my laptop to Garmin Edge Explore?

Hi, yes, this is possible via GPX export:
- export the route from Locus web planner as GPX file
- import the GPX file to Garmin Connect
- load the route in your Garmin device
