Vectorial map download stops at 80%
Not a Problem
I purchase a vectorial map in my old smatphone. Now, with my new smartphone, i can't download the map purchased because download stops at 80 %.

Try to delete old map and reboot your device.

Also, what means that download stops? Without any warning it stop at 80% and download process disappear? I'm also asking because when you stop download manually, you should be able to continue in download later, so in this case, you should be able to continue with already downloaded 80%.
Also as gynta wrote, check if you have enough space on card (anyway this should be correctly handled by locus itself)

i think taht the problem is the free space on ext sd card. There is a method for change the folder of locus?
