Hi
is it possible to import network kml permanently, so i can see it everytime i open Locus?
Eventually, can i add different KMLs as a enable/dissable button to any of the panels?

I think, what you want is already possible. Try to place your KML file with network link to Locus/mapItems directory and enable this item over Locus > Data > tab Items
