The track record creates a route 3 times in a repetitive manner.

When I recorded my own track, it made a track as if I looped it 3 times at certain intervals and I can't figure out why

I don't need the whole backup - just settings (it is just a few kBs). Or, you can place it on some cloud and send a share link.

Thanks for the additional data. I don't see anything unusual in your setup and I have no idea how it is possible to record such a "triple" track. Nevertheless, I would do the following:
- make sure Locus Map is excluded from all means of batter optimization and it has all-time access to GPS location
- turn off the option "Record when GPS is off" in settings > track recording > recording profile:
