Filename vs. displayed name

Hi,
I sometimes work with downloaded gpx files, e.g. from KOMPASS Publising.
In order to have my own system in the filenames, I change the names of the files (desktop or phone).
Then I import the files to my android phone, but still the old name appears in the app .
When I change the name in the app itself, this does not happen.
Attached you find an example-file.

Hi Dieter,
the name of the GPX file is not the same as the name of the route defined in the GPX metadata. So renaming a GPX file in a file browser doesn't change the name of the route included in it. Locus Map can change the route name because it can edit the metadata.

Thought so already, that it has s.th. to do with the metadata, just wanted to make sure that the mistake is not on my side.
