The locus detect same name when import waypoint, would you please change to detect coordinate ?

In general , we don't care name, because there are very same name place, such as airport etc on all world.
But , we may create or import some same coordinate place .
So, change to detect coordinate and allow / define a small tolerance is very well.

I think a check for same coordinates will have a huge delay while import and was nearly impossible with a huge file with thousands of points.
