Hi Pavel,
could you please write more about "Locus folter is not visible anymore."? Visible where? In Locus menu?

Hi Michal,
Locus is not visible in file explorer. As I remember, there used to be a Locus folder in the root.
Thanks
Pavel

If you installed in default location, then only x-plore, solid explorer and few others can see them, also depending on Android release.
You can download and sideload the AFA (all Files Access) version from the Google Drive in Menion's footer, or you can ask Locus in settings to move the Locus root to /Android/media/...
This is a place where most file managers have access. However, each app has it's own sub-structure.

Pavel, yes, Locus's main directory used to be in the root of the internal storage but since Android 11 it is no longer possible, as Google decided to force developers to use the private app sector in /Android/data/ directory. We informed about it here, here, or here. Only some file browsers have permission to access all the storage (see Michael's reply). What's more, the /Android/data/ sector is "invisible" in ordinary file browsers, for "security reasons". As such, it is only accessible via connecting the phone to a PC.
Therefore, it is now possible to import maps. More info: https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_external. Or, you can install the unofficial "all files access" version of Locus Map from our repo.
