Recover tracks after delete

Locus Map classic v. 3.70.15
If I accidentally delete a tour on my smartphone , how can I recover it, given that all the backups have been saved in Google Maps

If you have a backup, you can recover the track from it. But before doing so, export all tracks that you made after the backup, into a GPX. Then recover the backup and re-import the new tracks from the GPX.
