Purchased offline map not showing - not automatically switched

Not a Problem

Hi, I purchased multiple maps for central Slovakia from "VKÚ Harmanec" . I have a setting to automatically switch displayed map on on and it seems to work fine but for one case: "Kremnické vrchy" map will never load, only overlapping "Veľká Fatra" map is shown. How can I make Kremnicke vrchy map to show?

Hi,

are all VKU maps in the same folder? Turn the map manager to the folder view and check it out.

Hi,

they seem to be in one folder. They are grouped as VKU maps, not as a separate maps. Please check the screenshot attached.

Is it possible to activate the Kremnicke vrchy map manually from the map manager?

Hi, yes, I was able to pick it manually as you showed on the screenshot. I also tried to disable autoloading for the offline maps in parallel. But I'm still not able to see the map. Please check the attachment, it seems to me that there is more dense coordinates background present for the place where the map should be, but there is no map shown on any zoom level.

FYI, some small progress - I tried to delete all other offline maps I have on my device (SHOcart publisher) and now I see something on the correct place. However it's very low resolution and cannot be zoomed. Please check the screenshot.

I managed to fix it! I deleted all offline maps on my device and re-downloaded them again and now It's working without problems.

My assumption is that some corruption to offline data was introduced as I recently updated the outdated offline maps I had installed two years ago or so.
