Improve update of Geocaches

Currently in LM4 we need (too) much clicks to update a bunch of Geocaches for Offline use. This is update Cache data, plus load Images :

1. Enter Cachefolder and select all Caches who needs update
2. Click tool-icon > "Update geocaches"
3. Select all Caches again
4. Click tool-icon > "GC Offlinizer"
5. Click "Download"

Please improve this handling. Ideas:
- Add another entry: Tool-icon > "Update Geocaches+Offlinizer" get everything done by one click only.
- After using current "Update geocaches" only, please keep the selected Caches still selected.
