cannot login to Locus

Hello Helpdesk... I tried to login to my Locus Map app, but for some reason it doesnt work.
My account on Google is baseliskus@gmx.net, I just checked my subscription, which was prolonged just today (June 12th) , see attachement. How I get bac k into the app? If I login with the Google account, I get attached error.

again I tried to login with the google account with whitch I paid for the pro version, but it does not recognize me!
