Editing Points impossible

Short: I cannot edit points anymore, there is no option.
Long: According to the online doc, when I open the details of a point, there should be either an edit symbol at the bottom or a three dots menu. Both are not there, only 4 symbols (incl. the useless weather). The tools also do not offer editing.
So, how can I edit points?
