Invisible point

In the last few days, I've been trying to add a photo to a point and quite often I get a big X in the bar - the process was unsuccessful, invisible point. I only have online Lo points enabled.
The same problem 
This usually happens when you upload photos to offline LoPoints. I had this happen recently, even though I only activated online LoPoints. Strange.

sorry for the inconvenience, our map data updating service suffered an unexpected malfunction on Saturday resulting in a few errors regarding LoPoint system. The defunct adding of photos to LoPoints is one of them. We have fixed the issue and the system is recovering. The photo attachments should now be working OK.
