Offline Lo points not downloaded with map of England

Have just downloaded Lomap of England but can not show Lopoints unless online.
When I go to the Maps section, then Offline I see Uk/England. Click on Details then England and I get the screen attached, showing No to Lopoints.
So can only search for points when online.

I'm sorry for complications. There is a new generation of LoPoints database in the latest version of LoMaps maps and I guess that's properly downloaded. To verify that LoPoints are available offline, please switch your device to airplane mode, open the map in Locus, and browse through the map. (the indicator in map details doesn't correctly detect the new LoPoints database)
Unfortunately, offline search functionality is not yet supported in the current version, but it is definitely planned for a future update.

With Airplane mode on the map works perfectly, allows navigation and displays my points. However, LoPoints do not display; if I turn on mobile data they display immediately.
So my understanding is that I will need to wait for the update before offline LoPoints are available. Is that correct or is there something I should be doing differently?

Thank you! I had misunderstood the meaning of this option and it now works as hoped for.
Is there any reason that I can not add the LoPoints symbol to the functions panel? It would be easier to access LoPoints that way rather then via Map Screen Content.
