Web library not working

Not a Problem

I'm logged in, gold member, and the "my library" tab on the web interface is not loading any tracks but pointing me to become a premium member. I first noticed this July 20.

I have, but it's not showing me anything other than asking me to become a premium member.

Strange. Are you logged in with the same account (email and password) that you used to book the Gold account?

I thought I was. Something must have logged me out and back in as a different account. I double checked and it was the wrong email address, and no idea how I could have logged in as it. Re-logged in and it is working. So, I guess something reset recently. weird. Sorry to have bothered you as it appears to have been an issue on my end. Thanks!
