Not a Problem

I have installed Locus Pro on an old Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet. On logging in I get error code 10100 What is the problem here?

Hi Henk,

according to our recent findings this is caused by an invalid (obsolete) SSL certificate on the old Android systems. Unfortunately, this is not possible to solve from our side. Please try to install a new certificate to your device.

I wonder why Locus only displays error numbers. It would be much better if the display said “invalid certificate.”

Or if there could be multiple reasons, then a link to a help page listing the possible errors.

Generally, the error code 10100 indicates a generic HTTP task problem. This particular issue required further investigation that took us weeks before we could say that it is related. The issue unfortunately affects more than one aspect.
