Reduce excessive menu nesting in My library

Block "This folder" contains only one item - "Tools".

Maybe, it's better to move items from "Tools" submenu one level up and reduce one tap?

Nearby menus "Select" and "Sort" is longer, and it's ok.

Hello,

what do you mean "one level up"? "Tools" may contain "edit", "export", "move" to and "delete" options related to the folder. You suggest moving all these four items up directly into the menu?

"Visibility" and "Sort by" has also sub-menus, because othewise root menu will be too long. Nesting here simply helps unite tools related to the folder into one menu.

Yes, moving all these four items up directly into the menu.

So, "three dots" menu looks like this:

=== This folder
 - Edit
 - Export
 - Move to
 - Delete
=== Various
 - Cloud Sync
 - Style
 - User guide

In current implementation, configs (sync, layout) and help - available in one tap. But can you imagine, for example, once a week using of them? It's "near one time use" items (you can play with config at start, but after that you don't touch them for years).

But commands with "not often, but regular" use available with two taps. (I use "export" 1-2 times a week - that's why I wrote this idea :)

Your last point is of course valid, thanks.

I'm facing a long menu in simple mode. But in "Advanced mode", it is doable. Oki, improved.

Also, you may tap on the current folder name in the top breadcrums panel. It offer the same selection of items. A small shortcut.

I use Locus from autum-winter 2010 - before first pro version. And, for example, in this post https://www.locusmap.app/long-press-magic/ there was only one feature, that I didn't know before (stop track recording - after that post it's my only way to stop recording).

But after hint about tap on current folder name, I think, you should write more posts about little hidden features like this :)

Or. for example, like minifying track/point info panel by tapping on it's header - I found it absolutely by accident two or three months ago. And that's what I needed! A few months before this I lazily thought about asking to implement something like this - to view map in near full screen without losing track/poing focus.

Hmm. Should we open a new idea that such posts are needed? :)
