Customizing point label

Hi! I found this thread dealing with point labels, and I can use it to show/hide the name of each point. When I hover an icon, it becomes a bit bigger and add the distance to my current position.

I think I remember there was some way of customizing the content of the label by adding some variables to the field Description, but I'm not able to find where I read that.

I'm working on Android with a Premium Gold subscription, 4.30.1 release.

Thanks for your help!

I found this comment. But a bit later, this other one, also by @Menion. Please, is there any update on this? I would like to show small strings in labels helping me to identify some differences at a glance. I can use icons, but small strings, code, would be of great help!

It is very simple to add points to a map. It is also very simple to export them to several formats. CSV included. I would like to add some customized variables, show then in labels permanently, and get them in the exported contents.

Thanks!

Hi Ricardo,

the comments you referred to are 10 years old and regarded UI of Locus Map Pro (now Classic). Locus Map 4 point labels only contain the name of the point, its beeline distance and elevation. Nothing more can be added.

Got it. Thanks! I truly miss some kind of labels' customization feature.

For the sake of completeness, allow me to add an image and a brief explanation of what I'm looking for. IN the screenshot below, you can see some points. The name of two points contents two pieces of information separated by a comma. I would like to be able to add at least a second visible line including some more information. I can easily export points with that information to a CSV file for reporting or using in any third party application.
